Nice. I gotta get me one of them shirts and grab a picture. No sword in my arsenal though. Maybe a Mini-14 at high ready and a sidearm in a paddle holster would do the trick?

Works for me. I considered different weaponry but was dissuaded by She Who Must Be Obeyed.

Well the blade is a more personal choice. Sort of gives the picture that you are a scary DBA who is not afraid to roll his sleeves up and work closely with the developers.
Plus people without a sense of humor or holding a different view on defensive weaponry may get the total wrong impression. On second thought maybe no picture.
